All listings, photos, videos, and written material are uploaded by users. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with Australian laws, is accurate, lawful, and not misleading, and does not infringe copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
Prohibited content includes explicit sexual acts, unsafe sex references, escort advertisements, drug-related content, recruitment for sex work, or underage implications.
Rubmen.com reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove any content at its sole discretion.
5. Payments and Fees
Rubmen.com may charge for listings, promotions, or premium placements. By purchasing paid features, you agree to provide valid payment details via our secure processor, authorise Rubmen.com to charge applicable fees, and acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable GST where required.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use Rubmen.com to harass, abuse, or exploit others; post false or misleading information; upload malicious code; promote illegal or discriminatory activity; or violate privacy or intellectual property rights. We cooperate fully with law enforcement when required.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials on Rubmen.com, including logos, branding, layout, and software, are owned or licensed by Rubmen.com.
By uploading content, you grant Rubmen.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and use your content solely for operating and promoting the Platform.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Rubmen.com provides an information platform only. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of listings.
We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between users or service providers.
Use of Rubmen.com is at your own risk, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Rubmen.com disclaims all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rubmen.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
