This Media Upload Policy (“Policy”) governs all media and content uploaded by users (“you”, “your”, “user”) to Rubmen.com (“Rubmen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By uploading, posting, or submitting any content to Rubmen.com (“the Platform”), you agree to comply with this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws in Australia.

1. Purpose of this Policy

Rubmen.com allows users to upload images, text, and media related to male-to-male massage and wellness services. This Policy ensures that all uploaded materials are lawful, ethical, and consistent with the standards set by relevant Australian legislation.

This includes the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995, Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986, and all relevant State and Territory sex services and advertising laws.

2. Prohibited Media Content

You must not upload or post any media, text, video, audio, or other material that includes or implies:

  • • Depictions of sexual organs or the anus;
  • • Any person under 18 years of age;
  • • Any animal or bestiality-related material;
  • • Depictions of drug use, alcohol abuse, or unsafe sexual practices;
  • • Any real or simulated sexual act;
  • • Material classified or likely to be classified RC or X18+ under Australian law;
  • B. Prohibited Written Content

• Unsafe sexual acts such as ‘bareback’, ‘natural’, or ‘skin-to-skin’;

• Graphic descriptions of sexual activity or bodily fluids;

• References implying underage or non-consensual activity;

• Any connection to massage services in Queensland;

• References to escort or prostitution services;

• Promotion of drug use;

• Content suggesting involuntary sex work;

• Recruitment or inducement to become a sex worker;

• Advertising of third-party businesses or events without consent;

• Games of chance or promotions involving sexual services as prizes.

3. Technical and Legal Restrictions

You must not upload any file or content that contains malware, violates copyright, infringes privacy, or is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or indecent.

4. User Responsibility and Content Ownership

You remain the owner of any media or content you upload. By uploading, you grant Rubmen.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and worldwide licence to use, host, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Platform.

5. Review, Removal, and Enforcement

Rubmen.com reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any user-uploaded content at any time. Failure to comply may result in account suspension, termination, or referral to authorities.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact legal@rubmen.com with your details, ownership evidence, and the location of the infringing content.

7. Data and Privacy Compliance

All uploaded content is handled under the Rubmen.com Privacy Policy, compliant with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

8. Reporting a Breach

To report a policy breach, email abuse@rubmen.com. Illegal or exploitative content will be escalated to Australian authorities.
